1.75 cups of flour
1/2 salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup Daisy lite sour cream
10 pecans, chopped

Here is how you make Chocolate Banana Nut Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with 2 tsp Splenda sugar blend. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Add eggs and mix after each. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and sour cream. Mix to combine. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, check for doneness with knife inserted into middle of loaf. Bake additional 10 minutes if needed.Cut into 9 equal pieces.
