Combine flour, salt, baking soda, set aside.Combine water and flax meal. Let sit for a few minutes.Meanwhile, combine banana, eggs, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add flax meal mixture. Combine with dry ingredients. Stir until moist and well combined, but don't over mix. Fold in chocolate chips.Line a muffin pan with paper cups and/or spray with cooking spray. Pour batter into muffin cups, approximately two heaping tablespoons per cup.
