1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda; set aside.2. In a bowl,beat coconut oil, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg whites with electric mixer until well combined, smooth and creamy. Keep mixer on low speed and add in mashed bananas. Next, add in all dry ingredients (except last 3 ingredients); mixing until nust combined. Gently fold in oats, then chocolate chips and nuts with a wooden spoon.3.
