Here is how you make Oatmeal Banana Raisin Cookies:

In a small pan cover raisins with cold water and boil until water is almost gone. Meanwhile, cream butter and sugars together; add egg, banana and vanilla. In a seperate bowl mix all dry ingredients. Slowly to the sugar mixture, add dry ingredients and raisins, mix. Add oats to the mixture and drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees.
