Preheat oven to 450F.Combine the oats, flours, baking powder, salt, sugar blend, and cinnamon in bowl of stand mixer. Add the cream and sliced bananas, mixing until just combined.Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Brush tops with cream/milk and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon if desired.
