Here is how you make Banana Muffins - Low Fat:

Mis all Dry ingredients together, except sugar.In a seperate bowl, beat eggs and sugar for about 1 minute. Beat in Bananas but leave a little bit chunky. Add in applesauce and milk, mix well. Add wet ingredients to dry, stir untle well blended but, don't over stir. Just until no lumps basically. Let the mix sit for 5 minutes. Divide into 12 lightly sprayed or lined muffin cups.
