Preheat oven to 350. Mash bananas in a larg bowl add egg,sugar and vanilla. In a seperate bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add four mixture to wet mixture and mix until all combined. Mix in choclate chips at the end. Line or spray a 12 muffin pan. Spoon mixture into pan the cups should be about 3/4 full.
