This was my first attempt at banana bread ever! I used a cooks.com recipe as my base, but I changes oil:applesauce, vanilla:coffee creamer (I didn't have any vanilla), sugar:splenda, honey:brown sugar and milk (If I had the splenda brown sugar I would've used that.) Pretty tasty for my first ever!
