The brands used are approximate as I have made this in NZ and the brands we have here vary but I don't think that will impact the recipe that much. Whip the egg white till frothy then add the other egg + wet ingredients and mix well. But the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.Then fold the wet into the dry and mix until just mixed with a spoon. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 400F / 205 C for 20 minutes on fan bake if your oven has it. 25 in a regular oven but use a toothpick to check. You can decrease the sugar content from them to taste.
