How Do I Make Go Lean Banana Muffins?

Here is how you make Go Lean Banana Muffins:

Pour milk over cereal and let sit for at least 1/2 hour or more. Preheat oven to 375. In mixing bowl, mix bananas, Splenda, eggs, vanilla, and oil until well blended. Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well. Add cereal and milk mixture and mix until combined. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners. Bake for 14 minutes.Notes: You could add 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts per muffin, but be sure to add those calories and fat.
