Here is how you make Healthy Spicy Banana Bread Muffins:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Spray a bread pan with non-stick cooking spray, and lightly dust with flour. (If using muffin tins, do the same, or add paper liners.)Mash bananas at the bottom of a large mixing bowl. Mix in the rest of the wet ingredients. When they are all mixed, add the spices and flax seed. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well, but not too much to avoid "gummy" muffins. Pour batter, as evenly as possibly into 12 muffin molds.Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
