Preheat oven to 350 and grease or place muffin liners in 6 muffin tins.Mash banana in a medium bowl. Beat in oil, egg and brown sugar. Mix remaining dry ingrediants in a seperate bowl. Add to wet and stir, do not overmix. Spoon into prepared muffin tins and bake approx. 15-20 minutes.
