Mash 6 ripe banana's which makes about 3 cups.In a large bowl combine flour through cinnamon. Make a well in the center and put aside. In a medium bowl combine the mashed banana and brown sugar - stir until incorporated. Add the eggs, yogurt and oil. Mix well and add the entire bowl into the dry mixture. Stir until all the dry ingredients are mixed in. Pour batter into 6 muffin tins and 1 loaf pan. Put both in the oven.
