Here is how you make Low Cal Banana Nut Muffins:

Heat oven to 350. Stir together banana's, sugar, milk, applesauce, vanilla, and eggs into large bowl. Stir in Bisquick (and nuts if used). Line a Muffin Pan with liners, preferably the aluminum ones. Makes it easier when it comes time to get then out and eat them. LOL. Use a 1/8 cup measure to make them all the same size. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Place on wire rack to cool completely before serving. To store, take muffins and put them in a Ziploc bag or in a Tupperware bowl and store at room temp, for up to 4 days or into the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Serving: 24Number of Servings: 22
