Here is how you make Oaty Banana Muffins:

Mash the bananas in a large bowl, then add the margarine, egg, sweetener and vanilla and mix well. In a smaller bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Mix the flour mixture into the banana mixture, and stir well, then divide into lined muffin pan.
