What Are The Ingredients For Peanut Butter Banana Muffins (or bars) Recipe? The ingredients for Peanut Butter Banana Muffins (or bars) are: 2 cups whole wheat flour1/3 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp baking powder 1/4 cup Egg Beaters Original 2 medium bananas, mashed 2/3 cup Skippy All-Natural Peanut Butter 2/3 cup milk (2%) 2 Tbsp canola oil 1 cup raisins How Do I Make Peanut Butter Banana Muffins (or bars)? Here is how you make Peanut Butter Banana Muffins (or bars): Mash the bananas in a medium bowl. This batter doesn't rise very much and will make 12 large muffins or 24 small muffins. You'll probably want to smooth out the tops before baking - they will stay lumpy or peaked on top if you don't. Bake 18 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on a wire rack.**If making bars, spray a baking sheet with a non-stick spray or line with parchment paper or a baking mat. I recommend either a 9X13 cake pan with sides or a larger sheet without sides. You can make one thick 9X13 batch or 2 thin ones that size or one larger thin one if you have a larger pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on thickness. Test the center with a toothpick for done-ness. Cool on a wire rack and slice into bars when cooled.***nutrition info is for 24 servings***Number of Servings: 24Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user GIRRRLYCHILD.What's The Nutritional Info For Peanut Butter Banana Muffins (or bars)? The nutritional information for Peanut Butter Banana Muffins (or bars) is:
