*1 1/2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter

Here is how you make Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake (smoothie):

Place all ingredients in Magic Bullet or blender or smoothie maker in this order: milk at the bottom, then bananas, protein powder, peanut butter. Blend until smooth. Makes one smoothie / protein shake.Possible adjustments - If you use a full scoop of protein powder you can add 25 calories or so - check your powder for proper nutrition info. If the shake is too thick add an extra splash of milk. If you want to start with 1 Tbsp of peanut butter you may not need to add the other half Tbsp - if you only use 1 Tbsp you can take off 50 calories. If you did not freeze bananas ahead of time you can make this just by adding about 1/2 cup of ice into the bottom with the milk.
