1- 8 oz bag of trail mix
2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Honey
2 cups Oats(I used steel cut but quick oats would be better)
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Mix all dry ingredients in large bowlBlend wet ingredients(oil, extract,banana, honey) in VitaMix or whatever blender you have handy. Combine wet and dry ingredients until everything is covered and pour in a sheet cake pan. Make sure the pan is greased with coconut oil or oil of choice. Press ingredients evenly in pan and bake for 25ish minutes at 350F.Serving Size:?Makes 12 large bars
