Here is how you make Mini Beef Pot Pie:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 12 part muffin tin with cooking spray (or you can use muffin liners) and set aside.Blend flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Cut in the margarine, 1 tbsp at a time, combining till course. GRADUALLY add cold (cold, cold) water, just enough to form a firm ball; cover and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.On floured surface, knead dough and roll out THIN (1/4"). Using a biscuit cutter, cut 12 circles from the dough and arrange in the muffin tin. Roll out dough again to make 12 tops (i had to use a small cup for those, biscuit cutter was too big)Fill each "pie" with 1-2 TBSP beef stew. Top each pie, using a fork to press edges together. Brush tops with butter or egg wash, if desired.
