I had a cup of crushed ice to a blender, then 1/4 of a can of diet 7-up, Strawberries, Blueberries and one Splenda.
I use about 2 tsp. of Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix and half a cup of Yoplait Light Red Velvet Cake Yogurt. You can use any fruit you want I just like the strawberry, blueberry and sometimes peaches too. I blend this in a blender till you can drink it with a straw.
