Pulse flours, cornmeal, oats, wheat germ, brown sugar, and baking powder in food processor until combined. Add peanut butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal with pea-sized lumps. Add 1 cup water, egg yolk and parsley and pulse until a coarse, dense dough forms.Preheat oven to 350o F. Grease 2 large baking sheets. Scoop dough out using a Tablespoon. Flatten slightly with a cookie press or bottom of greased glass.Whisk egg white and 1 tablespoon water. Brush biscuits with egg wash and bake until tops are golden brown, about 35 minutes.
