1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Splenda, or to taste( I use liquid sucralose)
5 large eggs
3/4 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil


How Do I Make Almond Flax Bread?

Here is how you make Almond Flax Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare pan (a 10X15 pan with sides works best) with oiled parchment paper or a silicone mat. I use an even larger cookie sheet for thinner bread.Mix dry ingredients well. Beat eggs well in separate bowl and mix with other wet ingredients. Add wet to dry, and combine well. Make sure there aren't obvious strings of egg white in the batter. Let batter sit no more than a couple of minutes. Pour batter onto pan. Because it might tend to mound in the middle, you'll get a more even thickness if you spread it away from the center somewhat. Bake for about 20 minutes, until it springs back when you touch the top and/or is visibly browning even more than flax already is. Cool and cut into slices.
