1 tsp splenda brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon, ground

Here is how you make Cranberry Almond Bread:

Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Cream together splenda and egg whites. Add bananas to creamed mixture alternating with the dry ingredients, combining well after each addition. Stir in cranberries and flax seed. Combine splenda brown sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Spoon half of batter into loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray and sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar onto the top. Spoon the remaining batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar. Top with slivered almonds. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
