Here is how you make Apple-Yogurt Wheat Bread:

Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Stir together whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir in raisins. In another bowl, beat egg and oil until combined. Stir in yogurt, applesauce and nuts. Gently stir applesauce mixture into flour mixture until dry ingredients are moistened. Grease loaf pan and pour in batter. Sprinkle wheat germ over top. Bake 1 hour. Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf divided into 10 slices.
