2 C. White Flour
1/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour

Here is how you make Vegan Apple Bread:

Makes 2 loaves, 12 servings per loaf*Let flax seeds soak in water for 30 minutes or more. Put the mixture into a blender and blend until frothy (like whipped eggs). If not making vegan, flax can be replaced with 3 eggs.Blend flax or eggs into granulated sugar, brown sugar, apple sauce, and grated apples. Stir in spices, vanilla, baking soda and baking powder. Add small amounts of whole wheat flour at a time and stir in between. Continue with white flour.Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. The bread will be gooey while it's warm.(This is for 4,000 foot altitude.
