Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 2 loaf pans with cooking spray.In large bow, beat together eggs, oil, applesauce, vanilla, and sugars. Drain zucchini and add to egg mixture. Beat in flours, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Gently fold in blueberries. Divide equally between prepared pans.Bake 50 minute or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
