5-5.5 cups of bread flour
4 T Splenda
1 package dry yeast
2 cups whole milk
2 T Butter


Heat Milk, splenda and butter to 126 degrees

Add to 2.5 cups of sifted flour and salt with yeast added.

Slowly add in rest of flour while mixing with mixer. When a nice sticky dough is formed, remove from bowl and knead about ten minutes until dough is no longer sticky, and most of remaining flour is incorporated.

Put in a greased bowl and allow to rise for about an hour, or until doubled in bulk.

Turn onto floured surface and knead about 10- 12 more times. Then cut in two and roll into a rectangle. Roll up long side and crimp ends. Put into two bread pans. Allow to rise another hour.

Bake at 375 until sounds hollow and light brown on top.
