1.25 c nonfat milk soured with 1 T lemon juice
.5 c natural unsweetened applesauce
.5 c oatmeal
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c cranberries
1/3 c pecans, chopped

Here is how you make Clean Eating Cranberry Pecan Bread:

Heat oven to 325. In large bowl, mix flour, protien powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. In separate bowl, mix milk, applesauce, vanilla and milk soured with lemon juice. Mix well. Add to dry mixture. Mix well. Add oatmeal and mix well again! Fold in pecans and cranberries.
