Here is how you make Easy Whole Wheat Bread, Lightened Up:

Mix 1/2 C of hot water with 1 cup of nonfat milk. Confirm that it is lukewarm (about 110 degrees). Dissolve 1 packet of yeast in the milk/water mixture.Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tbs of Olive oil, 1 tbs of Honey and 1-1/2 cups of whole wheat flour, and mix well.Cover tightly and set in a warm dry place to rise for 30 minutes.After 30 minutes, add 1-1/2 cups of whole wheat flour and stir. Add more flour until dough no longer sticks to the bowl.Turn out on floured surface and knead for 6 to 8 minutes. Add more flour as needed.
