Then add dry ingredients to the mix vegetable and spices. Finally add the yogurt and bicarbonate soda and mix ingredients well until it resembles a soft dough. If too hard add a little water (about 2 tbsp) to mix. Pour mixture into the greased pan and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds to garnish on top before placing in into the centre rack of the oven. Bake for approximately 30 - 35mins until the knife comes out clean when inserted. Serve warm or cold.
