Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a mixer with a dough hook mix everything except the flour, let yeast start to bubble.Add 1 1/2 C flour and mix, then add 1/2 C at a time until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Let dough rise until double in size (20-30 minutes)Pull dough out of bowl onto floured countertop and knead down, forming a loaf.Put dough in a greased 9x5 bread pan.Let rise again until double in size (20-30 minutes).Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.Remove from pan immediately and place on a cooling rack.Makes one loaf.
