Here is how you make Itty Bitty Irish Soda Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Mix dry ingredients with drained raisins. In a second bowl mix sugar egg and buttermilk. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just moistened. Add butter. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup place batter into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
