Preheat oven to 325. Grease or oil 2 large loaf pans or 1 bundt pan. In a large bowl, stir together Amish Bread Starter, applesauce, Splenda, lemon, eggs and milk. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir into the starter mixture. Mix in the pudding mix and poppyseeds.
