Here is how you make Better Pepperoni Bread:

Makes 12 1-inch piecesUnroll dough on counter, brush with half the beaten egg. Place pepperoni on, then mozzarella. Sprinkle with parmesan, garlic powder and Italian Seasonings. Start at one end and roll like you would a jelly roll. Place seam side down on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Brush top with remaining egg, sprinkle with garlic and Italian Seasonings. Bake in 350 degree oven for 26 - 30 minutes, until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before slicing. Can add fresh basil to pepperoni and cheese.
