Here is how you make Ben's Favorite Pumpkin Bread:

Mix first 3 ingredients together. In second bowl mix dry ingredients. Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture adding the water and pumpkin. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
