Makes two loaves of 15 slices each.Boil the dates in water and reserve 1 ounce. Puree the dates, water and pumpkin in a blender. Add eggs, butter and suger. Blend again. Gently add dry ingredients. Put in two non-stick loaf pans and bake at 350 F fro about 35 minutes until set and no longer liquidy (it will be moist and sticky on top). Cool.
