Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9x5 loaf pans.Sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl. Combine pumpkin, sugar, juice, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir well. Stir in foour mixture just until moistened. Spoon into loaf pans.Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
