Here is how you make Traditional Amish Bread:

Preheat oven to 325. Grease or oil 2 large loaf pans or 1 bundt pan.Mix an additional ? cup sugar and 1? tsp. cinnamon. Dust the greased pan with half of this mixture.In a large bowl, stir together Amish Bread Starter, oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs and milk. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir into the starter mixture. Mix in the vanilla pudding mix.
