Put most of it in the loaf pan, reserving enough for three small muffins in the muffin pan. The reason for separating the dough is that this mix is so thick, we are reducing the amount of dough in the loaf pan so as not to inhibit baking. Put muffins and loaf in oven at same time., Bake the muffins at 350 degrees for 25 - 28 mins. Continue to bake the loaf for a total of 55 mins.
