1/2 tsp salt

Here is how you make No-Sugar and No-Oil Zucchini Bread:

Beat together zucchini, truvia powered egg, water, and lecithin. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. (I have used pumpkin pie spice in the past and used 1.5 tsp to completely replace nutmeg and cinnamon if I didn't have the two spices.) Stir into zucchini mixture. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 until done for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes and remove from pan. I can usually cut 12 slices.Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MRSWEIBULL.
