1 cup of chopped maraschino cherries

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla [yes 3 TABLESPOONS]
Add dry ingred. & milk
Fold in zucchini, nuts and cherries.

Pour into well greased and floured bread pans

Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
