Here is how you make Breakfast in a biscuit:

Heat oven to 450F degrees. Measure all dry ingredients and mix well. Fry the bacon crisp and set on paper towels to drain. Drain all but three Tblsp of the bacon grease from the pan. Add 3 Tblsp butter to pan. Fine dice the spam and fry it in the fat until lightly browned. Split the Serrano peppers in half length wise and remove the seeds and most of the white pith. Toss the peppers in with the dry ingredients and mix to coat with flour. Add shredded cheese to dry ingredients and mix. Crumble bacon into dry ingredients and mix. When spam is browned add the water to the dry ingredients and pour the fat and spam in as well. Mix lightly till just mixed. Drop by heaping Tblsp. Onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
