1 cup - Salsa, medium
15 - Jalapeno Pepper Slices, Pickled
20 - Misson Flour Tortilla Soft Taco Size

Here is how you make Breakfast Burritos for a Month:

1. Brown 1lb of ground turkey sausage. Once brown, add in one block of low-fat cream cheese. (It sounds weird but trust me. :-)) Place sausage and cream cheese in a separate GIANT bowl. Do not clean pan.2. Dice 5 medium baked potatoes. Add to giant bowl.3. Crack a dozen eggs and beat well to add air. Then scramble eggs in the same pan used for the sausage (the left over oil will help with the cooking.) One cooked add to giant bowl.4. Add cheese, salsa and jalapenos to giant bowl. Mix everything until well combined.5. Spoon mixture into flour tortillas and wrap burrito style, then individually in saran wrap or foil. I would guess that they keep for at least a month in the freezer but mine never last that long. :-)6. When ready to eat, unwrap burrito and loosely wrap in a damp paper towel. Depending on your microwave, heat on high from 1:30 to 2 minutes.7. Add extra hot sauce if it's still not hot enough. :-)8. Enjoy!
