.5c Bush's Fiesta Beans
1 medium potato
3 Eggs
6" tortillas
Sour cream

How Do I Make Breakfast Burritos?

Here is how you make Breakfast Burritos:

Put a potato in microwave for 5 minutes. Chop carrot and onion and add to skillet with canola oil. Heat until onions are softened. Peel baked potato, chop and add to skillet. Add beans. When beans and are hot, push everything to edges of skillet. Whisk 3 eggs with a little water and pour in the center of skillet. cook until eggs are gently scrambled. Stir all ingredients until blended. Add seasonings. Lay out 8 tortillas. Spread lightly with sour cream. Then spread with salsa (I put mine in the blender for a smooth consistency). Then sprinkle with cheese. Then divide egg mixture among the tortillas. Fold and place in a sealed container. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
