How Do I Make Superfood Breakfast Bar?

Here is how you make Superfood Breakfast Bar:

Line 8 x 8 dish with parchment paper. Puff Amaranth. Combine araranth,coconut,chia,flax,sesame seeds and lemon zest. In small sauce pan melt honey and almond butter. Remove from heat stir in vanilla. Pour into large bowl with seeds and mix. Add pistachios and cranberries and mix it all well. Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press down and smooth.( I use my fingers) Refrigerate 4-6 hours to set. Remove with parchment paper and slice into 12 bars..
