Roll out dough into a large thin rectangle, then cut into 6 even squares. Scramble the eggs and egg whites and set aside. Dice bacon and cook along with peppers and onions. Mix eggs, spinach, cheese and bacon mixture lightly. Spoon the mixture onto half of each pizza dough square, keeping away from the edges. Brush the edges with water, fold over and crimp with a fork. Use the fork to poke one set of vent holes in the top. At this point you have the option of freezing on a sheet tray. Place into a freezer bag and store until ready to use.
