Jim found on IPAD cookbook. He added walnuts, dried cherries and used Activa vanilla and didn't have flax seed. They are great. BUT he made lots of them not 8 they would have been huge. Preheat oven to 375?F. Coat nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. In large mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, whey protein, Splenda, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and flaxseed; stir to blend. Add egg whites, yogurt, oil, and water; stir to blend. 3. Drop batter onto baking sheet in 8 equal mounds. Bake 8 minutes; promptly remove from oven while still very soft. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes; wrap in plastic and store in refrigerator or freezer. (To reheat frozen cookies: unwrap and microwave 30 to 45 seconds.)
