Spray a mug with cooking spray. Cut Laughing Cow cheese wedge into 6 pieces. Cut toast into 9 1" squares (I don't use the whole piece of toast for this). Layer egg substitute, ham, cheese wedge, and toast in mug. Microwave for 45 seconds. Stir contents and add half the cheddar cheese to the mug. Microwave another 25 seconds. Stir contents and add the other half of the cheddar on top. Microwave 20 seconds. Will need to cool for about 10 minutes before eating.
