Grease two, 10x5x1-inch baking sheets or similar size baking sheets. In large mixing bowl, stir together Krusteaz Zoom Cereal, oats, wheat germ, coconut, sunflower seeds, brown sugar and sesame seeds. Set aside. In small pan over medium heat, cook oil, honey and vanilla, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to bubble. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Stir until blended. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheets. Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until coconut is browned. Stir 3-4 times during cooking time. Remove from oven and stir in dried fruit. Store thoroughly cooled granola in an airtight container.
