Here is how you make Peanut Butter Swirl Bars:

Combine peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and sugar together. Add eggs and stir. Mix in vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt. When well blended, spread into jellyroll pan that has been greased and floured. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top as desired. Place in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. remove from oven. use knife to swirl through melted chocolate chips and dough. Place in oven for additional 25 to 30 minutes.
